Okay, Okay it might sound a bit cheesy. Most of the time when some one says that word a wand is waved or a rabbit is pulled from a hat. But what most people don’t know is the original Hebrew meaning of the word. And it goes much deeper than a magic wand.
In the original Hebrew, the word Abracadabra translates to “I create as I speak”. This resonates with me more even now that I am working on myself and this new business. The deep meaning truly is about the way that we speak to ourselves and our belief that we have a purpose.
Everyday, I remind myself that I am working toward a brighter future. For me, I am creating a business that will create a good life for my family. I am creating relationships that make me stronger. I am speaking into the universe, while visualizing and giving my best effort to build what a see.
Its a version, at least to me of “speaking your truth”. What I want out of this life is to know that I did the things I said I would to feel how I wanted. I am happy, I am blessed, I am loved. I built a home. I built a family. I made my dreams reality. Keep telling yourself the things you want to change, to do, or to have. Speak it into being.

Who is this woman?? Ill tell you. I am a young, mid thirties, single woman from the quaint small town of Las Vegas NV. I have a love for home design, an addiction to self improvement, and a passion for helping others. I believe a sense of humor and a wealth of understanding will get you thru anything. There is absolutely nothing wrong with not knowing who you want to be when you grow up as long as you are taking steps that make you happy.
This blog is the start of my business. I offer in home color consultations in the Las Vegas area, to those who cannot choose between beige or gray, for those that want a pop of color accent wall, or those contractors who can do any project but need someone to choose the colors. I also create inspiring color palette that can be used in any home or office.
Palettes are created by things in my everyday life. An event, a new friend or even a topic challenge can give me something to write about. I am not just a design blogger but a lifestyle blogger. I dont know where my road ends but on the journey, I am trying new recipes, planning new activities, and booking as many trips for fun as I can. Fun must be had where ever it can be found to get thru this messy thing we call life. I hope that I can inspire and entertain others like me while I make this journey from 9 to 5 to successful business owner!
